Default Trying to get started

I want to get started in 1/10th touring cars but i don't know what car i should get to learn with.

I really don't want to spend any more than probably $500 to get started.

Any opinions?!?

try and find out where they r racing in ur area, or if it is even available. Check with ur local hobbie shop and so on. for example, i live in milwaukee and there are not any on road places to race that r within 50 miles. but lots of off road. once u find the local track, there u will find more answers.

find your local track and find a racing class that's popular, the cheaper classes to get started in will be any of the spec classes like tamiya mini cooper or silver can RCGT touring car.
