always check your file extension and file size
are u sure the file extension is the correct file extension? u are allowed to use .gif .jpg .png .bmp .jpeg or .pdf file extensions for image files. other than that no way!
as for images size... i would go for 1000 pixel for my width and the height will follow my width ratio. and the resolution i would go for 72dpi... and that will give you small file size and clear enough to view from your web browser.
other than that... i dont know. good luck on your next try.
