Get ahold of some Acetone or Finger Nail Polish Remover. Wet the corner of an old Rag and wipe away. You should be able to get most of it off this way.
Just be sure to keep away from Sparks or Flame and use only in a well ventilated area. (common sense safety precautions)

i get glue on tires i just run it off. but i dont get much on just a little spec.

either way, it is pretty difficult since C/A glue hardens like a rock and becomes hard to get off. Needs patience

the first set of rims i gluled i used krazy glue . ive riped off the tires and there are lots of rubber bits on the rims is the a way to save these or should i throw them in the trash ?
