Default Looking to get back into r/c

Alright so after a year of owning no r/c cars and focusing my attention on the 1:1 car I feel the need to own something r/c. Lately I've had the itch for a nitro monster truck to just drive around every now and then. What are some good ones to use? I havn't paid attention to the "new" technology out or what is different in the hobby from the past year or so. So can somebody recommend a good truck to just bash around. looking to keep this under $350ish

Just and idea of the cars I've owned (long list lol)

Traxxas Rustler
TC3
MRS4
M18
RC18T
Mini-T
Nitro Rustler
S-Maxx
Revo
TC5
Mini-z
N.E.X.T.
Mini Quake
Pro-3
and a 12th scale car can't remember the name

yeah I can respect that. There's nothing like that roar of a high revving engine and the smell of fuel that really lights the fires and the tires.

I just picked up a slayer and it is a riot. I have two MBX5T truggies I normally run. It was RTR for around $375 with the batteries for the receiver and starter.
Only issue I have had is you cant rush a corner in the slayer like you can with the truggies so some finesse is needed.

Oh one other thing, you were only out for a year, try 10. I just got back in this year after ten years and WOW how things have changed. I am a nitro addict myself and just cant seem to go to the dark side. Anyways good luck and welcome back!
