Dual rate adjusts the turning radius. A lower # = less and a higher# = more, It looks like it does have Dual Rate also look for D/R on the transmitter.

btw what do you run that needs a 4 ch?

i run a carpet knife. and i have no use for the other 2 channels. i think they are just toggle switches anyway. to tell you the truth i dont know how to use channels 3 and 4. the manual doesnt translate from jap very well. it has a lot of odd wording
