Default Spur/Pinion Setup for 17.5

Can someone point in the right direction for the Spur/Pinion setup that will work with a 17.5 BL in a T4????

Of course it depends some on the track, but I know some of the fast T4s at our track, which I suspect is fairly typical, are around 28 - 84.

Right now I am at a 25/78, I have never run BL, only Brushed. So is this ok. I do not want to fry my motor.
