The diference between the msx and msxx is that the

Msx:
Old style of steering mechanism
2.5 mm lower deck
Old pulley system (Black pulleys and aluminum center gear)

Msxx:
New steering system
2mm lower deck
new pulley system (White Pulleys and plastic center gear)
Also has option of air scoop for the motor
