Default removing 1/18 shocks

i have an rc18b and i don't see how to take the shocks and others partes that are mounted on little steel balls off, i gues peaple just pop them off and the plastic seems way to rigid to stretch that much without damage and they don't come of when i pull as hard as i am comfortable pulling so someone please explain this!
thanks

Take needlenose pliers and they should pop of pretty easily. If you dont feel comfortable doing that you can always unscrew the ball with a hex driver or allen wrench.

slowly twist the ball cap to the side so that the brass ball slowly starts to show. Keep doing this and it slides right off with ease!
