If you're talking about locking up the wheels and sliding every time you brake you need to dial down your brakes. You do this by having a radio with adjustable EPA and you set up your ESC with full end points then turn down the brake end-point until it is more controllable. Some ESC's have settings that let you adjust the brakes as well.

If you don't have either of these (or if you have a LRP AI ESC), you need to learn really good finger control...or maybe someone else will have more ideas.

Could be your drag brake set to high on your radio. Probablt causing your car to rotate around a corner when your off throttle.
