More top end

some advise on getting more top end speed from my tt-01. currently running a 17t motor with a 19 tooth pinion. would a 22/23 tooth pinion be in order???

yes but keep and eye on the motor temperature! the bigger the pinion the hotter the motor will get

Yes gearing it up will give you more topend speed, but will run the motor hotter. Check the brushes when you rebuild the motor again. If they are a purple in color then your gearing is to high. If they are copper in color then gearing is set accordingly.
