Stuck Screw

Hey yall, just picked up a used Team Associated B6.3D B74.1D and the screws on the under side are really in there any recommendations on how to get them out?

If it's metal on metal and the head is stripped out . Drill the head off Then use heat if needed and then vise grips to remove screw.

If the head is striped out which always happens with stuck screws. I'm not going to run to a store in search of dry ice? . Either cut a slot in the head or drill it out! Flat screws are the hardest.

I'd just drill the head off. If you try to slot it you're just going to mess up your chassis.

They don't work if the head of the Fastner is missing. Then you're back to slotting. Just another tool you don't need.

I don't know how small those thingys are but if they're small enough I think I'd try them before I drilled the head off. Might just work. You can still drill the head off if they didn't work. I've seen them advertised but not seen them in real life. Kinda thought they were a gimic but don't know for sure. I've got some real small easy outs but being as small as they are they are a tad brittle and you don't want one broken off in the hole. At that point you're truly screwed. I buy tools I don't need all the time. I love tools.

If the head is missing, remove all the other screws, and remove the part with the threaded screw still stuck in it, and get out a pair of vice grips to unscrew it.

You are going to have an impossible time trying to slot the shaft of a screw in a counter sunk hole.

Once head is removed use a vise grib to remove thread end of screw if needed. Yes you can cut a slot if the head is missing. Only screws 8-32 and larger. Not a good choice for 4-40 screws.?????
