LiPo Charging Question

LiPo Charging Question
Just got a pair of 2s batteries. When I hook them up to the charger in Balance mode (HTRC B6 V2) it starts charging, but shows 7.6V. Does that mean they came fully charged?

a lipo cell fully charged is 4.2 so those 2 cells are in storage mode . i suggest you do some reading on lipos...a 2 cell lipos voltage at full charge should be 8.4 volts

dude I can clearly see you have not ide how dangerous a lipo battery is . the 4.2 should have answered it but I see simple addition is beyond you . store them at the 7.6 click the link and read would have answered your question

Well, dude, I do understand. And I do understand that several things come into play and what he meant by 4.2 per cell. And I get how dangerous they can be, which is why I stopped until I knew what I was seeing. I did read the link, plus a ton of others.
Coming into a rookie or beginner forum and belittling those that ask questions hurts the hobby, and it hurts the forum. I'm sure the mods appreciate you possibly running off new users, which equals clicks, which equals revenue. By your answer, it's apparent you have the emotional maturity of a 6 year old.

7.6v is the storing voltage. if you're battery says 8.4v and you store it for a week, it will bulge out. be careful.
