Default broken pull start help!

Ok, went to start the buggy, and the pull start came right out . How in the heck do you get it back together? I've reconnect the string to the wheel, but the spring is a pain. I cannot seem to get it lined up. OR can anybody point me in the direction of a new one?

Wind the spring up in the housing, don't wind it up then try to put it in it's too hard that way, then you will probably need pliers to get the little hook in the middle in the right position.

Be careful not to let the spring pop out, trust me it hurts if you can't do it the best thing to do is buy a new pullstart for like $5-$10 rather than paying $500 for your next hospital bill when the spring stabs you in the face.

Or like Andy said just leave everything out of the pullstart and pop it back on and go to your hobby shop and get a starter box.

Thanks for the help everyone. I went and got a starter box, and man, life sure is good now. Yep, I'm walking tall and laughing easy! Thanks again!

Pull starts are for lawnmowers!

Once you go starter box or even roto start you'll never go back to pull start.

Anyone planning to race will find the pull start nothing but a pain in the A>>.
