Waaaaay to much

Edit: Ok fine, you can never have enough. But traxxas probably has some of the best aftermarket support because they sell so many vehicles.

You could probably build a Rustler, and not use a single Traxxas part.

Have you seen a traxxas rustler that has no single traxxas part?

you would spend more building the car. Buy, break, fix, repeat, untill no traxxas left.

The Traxxas Rustler is a long established vehicle and has a lot of aftermarket parts support. One good aftermarket company that has plenty of parts for Traxxas products is RPM. The following is a link to RPM parts for the Traxxas Rustler...

https://www.rpmrcproducts.com/shop/?...xxas%2Crustler

I hope this information helps.
