Talking potentially new to on-road racing

Ello, I race offroad currently but I want to potentially try out on road electric racing since there are a few tracks near by. So whats a great car to start out with and learn? Electronics? Tires? Ect. Thanks in advanced.

Good answer Billy Kelly, I would also recommend checking to see what's popular at those tracks and parts available at your local hobby shops.

THIS. You can go for whatever is cheapest online or recommended on the forums, but two things you can NEVER beat are; 1) on-site parts support when you need it, and 2) help from fellow racers with repairs and setup. I always recommend taking a stroll around the track you'll be racing at, introducing yourself to as many folks as you can, and asking (or just looking) at what they're running.
