Default best build for two cars to race

Of the cars and spare parts listed below, which builds and gear ration will give me two cars that are as close to evenly matched as possible in a straightaway race (400 to 650 feet)?

  1. ECX Ruckus 1/10 4WD monster truck - 9T pinion, 45T spur, 132 mm tire/80 mm wheel, 6.5 lbs (without battery)
  2. HobbyKing Quanum Vandal 1/10 4WD buggy - 17T pinion, 65T spur, 88 mm tire/62 mm wheel, 3.5 lbs (without battery)
  3. Losi High Roller 1/10 2WD monster truck - 28T pinion, 87T spur, 126 mm tire/74 mm wheel, 4.4 lbs (without battery)
Spare Parts
  • GoolRC 3650 4300kV 1/10 brushless motor with 60A ESC
  • Unknown cheap brand 3650 3500kV 1/10 brushless motor with 60A ESC
  • Pinions - 12T (2x) and 16T to 23T (all 48p)
  • 2s/7.4v 6200 mAh 50C lipo battery (2x)
  • 3s/11.v 3000 mAh 30C lipo battery
  • 3s/11.1v 5200 mAh 60C lipo battery
P.S. - I know, I know - these cheap brand brushless motors and ESCs ain't going to last, but I just want a taste of the hobby before fully jumping in. I did clock at least 43 MPH with the Ruckus, the 4300kV brushless and 3s battery in a test run, which is way better than I expected (I excepted nothing but wheelies/no control or the spur gear getting eaten up immediately) so the cheapo stuff has earned a stay for now.
