Default 1/10 servo for Dirt Oval

I'm just getting into RC cars and I've been told several times that the servo will be the first to break on my car. I have a Traxxas Slash that I've converted to a dirt late model to run on a dirt oval track. I was wondering what upgraded servos are you guys running on your cars for dirt oval tracks, and what I need to be looking for when I'm having to purchase a new one. Thanks.

Another thing when buying a servo when racing a dirt oval, would you be wanting a servo that provides more torque, or one that has a faster speed?

I would recommend a Savox 1258tg for your application. A balance of torque and speed that won't break the bank.
