1/10 tc car recommendation?
Hi from Cyprus,
I would like to know which kit whould be a good first on road 1/10! Not thinking about the high end full carbon kits!

TC4 Club Racer - factory built, sealed diffs are great for asphalt, efficient shaft drive
VBC Ghost18 - likely the best value right now when you consider what is included
Xpress Execute XQ1S Sport - $99 sport chassis that looks great
Tamiya TT-02 - Solid car, parts everywhere, but limited setup

I understand that tc4 is popular but im thinking to go belt drive! Not thinking about racing at the moment but a chassis capable for budget racing in the future will be ideal! What about schumacher mi1v2?

The Mi1 is a decent enough car and a Schumacher are a serious RC company. It is very outdated now though (original version must be about 15 years old now), and would only be good for getting a taste of racing.
To be honest, If I wasn't planning on racing, I would get the Tamiya with the body I like best. They are good fun to build and look great.
You can also get RTR cars from the likes of Hobbyking that would go around a track for a lot less money than the Schumacher.

The best Tc for someone wanting to dabble in the field is the TT02 type S. Whilst the machine is not as high spec as some of the others listed above (notably the vbc ghost) the build manual and quality of components is better. You will be able to build it and also it will be reliable with great and plentiful part support.
The TT02 typeS is also surprisingly decent on the track. It’s not shabby and it is more than capable of beating other chassis against other similar skilled drivers until you get to a decent A-Final level.
Second choice is the TA07 pro. It’s a great kit, really versatile chassis that is fast and can compete at the sharp end at club level. But still has that excellent Tamiya quality.
Third choice is the vbc ghost, but you will benefit from someone who has built a few high level kits before sorting out a few of the issues as it is a more precise handling car so will suffer more than the TT02 type S if it’s slightly out of kilter.

So, the TT02 is a very soft chassis. And the TT02 type-s is lipstick on a pig.
Lets throw a $200 limit on cars here. That makes the TA07 a bit to pricy, and even if you did go that way, you're staring deep into the taimiya upgrade trap.
The Sakura, TC4, VBC Ghost, Shumaker M1, are all "you don't need upgrade" options. You may need to buy tuning parts (shims, swaybars, springs) but you're unlikely to be wholesale upgrading parts.
EG: the TT02 really needs the stiff tub. And you should be using aluminum pin supports. The TT02 also hangs the whole suspension off of two screws that are also the diff cover. And even if you "go there" you're still not going to get to mess with arm sweep, antidive, antisquat, or many other features of a modern chassis.
If your plan is to mostly "just mess around" I would push you towards shaft drive, as that is the least likely to ingest stuff and cost you $20 for new belts.
The next most imporant thing to consider, is parts availalbity. Team Associated is going to be stocked at almost every hobby shop. So that's a plus there. Sakura, VBC, Shumaker, you will likely need to be your own parts supplier.
The "best" answer, is going to be "whats popular at your local racer hangouts". Tamiya ~is not~ popular around me, so those parts aren't easy for me to get.

OR look for a used higher end tc, probably be able to find one with spare parts which is always a plus. YES it won't be perfect but with a good teardown and rebuild you'd still probably be ahead of the game compared to buying a new budget style kit and then buying parts and upgrades.
