so i picked up a nitro rc . its a megatech gladiator. i cant find any upgrade parts. cant find much about the thing actually . is there upgrades for this car or does any other brands interchange with this brand?

I believe that was a knock-off T-maxx type of truck of at least a decade ago. Your odds of finding any parts will be minimal.
