So I see it was the 13mm rotor. And you don't have the 12.5mm in stock, do you know when they will be in stock? And is it possible to pre-order some?

Only #50612, 13mm rotor is in stock.

Angry HOW MANY IDENTITY DOCUMENTS YOU NEED????

Hi! I am a bit annoyed now on the way you guys do
things. I HAVE ALREADY PAID AND BOUGHT FROM YOU GUYS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. MY ID with you is 28294 and my this order with you is 269690. Is my actual credit card statement and Mobile
phone statement which show the exact name and address
as

NOT ENOUGH (Even my mobile statement is registered to
my phone no of 0127881111)

Please give a valid excuse for not shipping my things

and times again. I WILL FAX MY BUSINESS CARD TODAY AND
IT WILL BEAR THE ADDRESS OF MY OFFICE AND FACTORY AND
WILL NOT BE THE SAME AS MY RESIDENCE ADDRESS WHICH I
HOPE YOU WON"T USE IT AS AN EXCUSE AGAIN TO SAY THAT

Our record shows your account was registered in Singapore. Your previous
order was shippped to your Singapore address. But, in this order #269690,
the shipping address is in Malaysia instead of Singapore.

Sorry for the problem you got. But, our staff really needs to verify every single order to avoid charge back from paypal or credit card provider. Also,
we need to make sure the address is correct.

Your payment was finally approved by King at 04/29 18:32 & it is now under
processing.

Please understand our difficulties in this perspective.

Glad it was rectified. As I mentioned earlier initially all my parcels are sent to my sister's place in Singapore, but she has migrated. I myself is a resident and citizen of Malaysia which is north of Singapore and only requires ten minutes drive there. Due to the unreliability of the Malaysian postal service, I shipped my things to Singapore where I collect them at a later stage. Recently there seem to be improvement in the Malaysian postal service as 7 of my overseas parcel arrived without any problem, which made me decide to shipped it to my residence in Malaysia. Anyway, glad everything is sorted out. Thank you.

Default VERY SLOW PROCESSING

Can anyone from RCmart please explain why they are once again dragging their heals getting out orders. My last order simply didn't arrive (had to get a paypal refund) and the one I just placed, number 271148 has been processing for 5 days now.

i am rely dissapointed in this company at the moment i recently purchased your special on 30 intellect 4200 cells for 149.99 (http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/newsde...ewsdesk_id=439) and after soldering up the packs i found the 3 of the battery packs did not work i checked all my soldering and tried different plugs but they still did not charge after taking them to my local hobby shop and he said the cells were dead but should be able to fix them with a single cell charger. if he cannot i will want a full refund on the product not a store credit but a refund this is the second time i have purchased from you and this is the second time you have sold me a faulty product from now on i will not recommend you to any further customers and i will only be ordering from you if no other online store or hobby shop has what i need. you should rely look at the way you treat your stock and your customers

Sorry for your problem. If you can't fix it, you can send it back for refund.
We will then send the battery back to manufacturer for replacement.

For battery, we normally keep stock that can meet our sales in 30days to
keep the battery fresh. We admit that we didn't check every single cell
before shipment. Normally, we check about 5% of the battery cells on
every shipment we got. If problem is found, we will take more % to check.
We will return the whole lot to our manufacturer if problem exist.

Thanks for bringing out the problem & we will pay more attention to the
batteries & other products we sell.

What should I say ?
Rcmart/Dinball have many itens, great store, even their prices, but unfortunately they fail a lot !
- Some time near past they sent me an email telling I became a special customer and get some advantages with it, I never saw nothing after this;
- I bought some things at Dinball eBay, they sent me invoice, I paid for it on 04/23 and later some days they told itens are out of stock, so hell, why they sent me invoice and wait me paid for it, if the damn itens are out of stock ??? I tell them to cancel whole order(ebay) and refund it, since A WEEK and only today I got answer in email, saying it takes MORE ONE WEEK TO REFUND ? Man, I need my money back, yours do things so bad way, too many hassle for nothing and just make customers angry

my local hobby store fixed the batteries. But now i just tested the "free esc" and after 2 seconds it started splutering and then poof it died. i mean seriously how the hell do you keep in buisnesss 2 times iv purchased through you and u have sold me 2 faulty esc and batteries that i had to fix wen i got them. you guys are really starting to annoy me with this crap.
