On top of that when you did reply it was rude, insulting and stupid.
You sent me payment reminders when i had already paid you 2 weeks prior to those stupid reminders.
Try putting yourself in all of us buyers shoes for one minute and think about it!!!
You have now just got on here and spun a whole load of crap so people will think you will try harder to give good service.
Well you don't fool me and i hope no-one else is fooled too by your Bull S*#t.
Just do us all a favor and get off eBay and out of the Hobby Business!!!
You are spoiling it for all the best sellers on there.
Unfortunately for you, they did give everybody else a good service. Sarcasm and anger only take you so far...DOWN

You can flame all you want but that only makes you look more stupid. Did you ever think to settle it with your credit card company?

There are so many other Hongkong sellers out there. If you think you can get it elsewhere, GO!

For God Sake, GROW UP! Quit whining like a 5 year old who is not getting any candy from his mum.

Hahahahahah........one has emerged to rcmarts rescue! Where is the rest? A thread is a means of expressing and discussing issues NOT charactor attack.

Unfortunately, no matter what the subject, if you resort to swearing and flames, then most people straight away, take you for an idiot.

If you had SUCH poor service, why didn't you carry on with your PayPal complaint instead of coming on here and having a hissy fit. Me for one have never had an issue with RCMart although there are others I do have issue's with and will never buy there again.

But realy, do we need to go down the route of slanging match?

Talking

I've done tons of business via rc mart and I've never had any bad things happen. Except the pen I got broke and I never got my free pit towel from 2 years ago. I'll still order from them. There's another guy from Hong Kong that I'm having problems with. Auction won 20 July and it's what date now and still no product? Then I won another auction from him and had it sent to my uk address instead of my usa and it gets here within 4 days. Go figure.

Look I think RC Mart is better than most shipping has been better as of late.

I did not get a item I ordered about a year ago but hey things happen and I still order from them.

I also have ordered 9 parts from a RC store I will not print the name but this order was placed on july 10th and I still have no parts and I get the run around with every email.

This RC Mart will not do they will fix most all of any problems you may have!

Cool

Marty i know how you feel as i sent 6 emails to RCMart with no reply at all.
Service is the easiest thing to give as it is FREE.
It's that simple.

I have had far worse, when buying a camera off eBay, the only thing you can do, is to lodge negative feedback, that tends to get them moving. Never had to do that with RCMart though, plus I always buy through there shop now.

if you want to go on numbers, as of right now, this month, they have had 14 negative feedbacks, 2621 positive and 12 neutral, so they have a 99.5% rating. which, considering the amount of stuff they are shifting, it is pretty good in any books.

I agree with you partially. The ratio of bad feeback is still within the accepted margin with the amount of parts they have sold but you have to take into consideration of the numbers of buyer that got the bad end of the bargain too.

For example, a seller sold 10 items and gets one -ve feedback, another seller sold 100 items and gets 10 -ve ones , dont you think the 10 -ve feedback fellas would cause more damage to the 100 items sellers reputation?

Buyers would usually look for the red signs and overlooks the total ratio.
