Default Trouble with retractable landing gear using a dx6i

Hello,

I bought an fms t28 trojan v2. I have the plane all together and bound to my radio. All servos are working properly except for the landing gear. I double checked the receiver to make sure all was plugged in properly and it is. I called the RC store where I bought it and they said that I have to program the gear into my radio. I am not sure how to do this. Can someone please give me the step by step? That would be so appreciated!

Thanks,

Josh

Sometimes with electric retracts the double or triple y-harness can be bad. Have you tried plugging them in one at a time directly in to the RX?, there is no programming usually required to the the gear channel work, go to the monitor screen on the Tx make sure you see it working. If not, then check the travel menu.
