ultimate rc has said the traxxas is a better model as far as the dr - 1 so im on the fence about this controversial topic

What is there to be on the fence about? Many companies rebrand models I just don't like how certain people say it is something totally different just to get more sales. It is obvious the two are the same except maybe a flash which looks like it doesnt make a difference as many have reported. URC also said the Hubsan is a better buy since the markup on the Traxxas is so high.

The DR-1 is just another rebrand of the Hubsan heli.

Like he said if you're brand new, go for the traxxas, but if you know what you're doing, go for the hubsan. I personally would go for the hubsan since (despite what traxxas claims) it is exactly the same.

so i found out my girlfriend got me a dr-1 on christmas...found the tower hobbies email she printed and cant wait for it...im gonna buzz the tower, well tree since its christmas time
