helicopter problems

hey guys on phoenix rc flight sim i go full throttle and everything to go in the air with every helicopter but its like it doesn't have enough power or sumthing idk so what do you guys think is the problem?

yup, definitely a controller calibration is needed.

You may need to throw your left rear toggle to 3d mode to get the power up
