it comes with a 1300mah lipo and i want a bigger lipo and they sell a 2200mah and dont know if its to big and will the esc handle the burst rate?

You'll have to do some cutting of the battery slot toward the rear of the fuselage to maintain the proper CG, and re-work the velcro strap situation a little, but the 2200 will work fine. The increased burst rate won't bother your ESC.
If you haven't flow the plane yet, make sure to double check your surface controls first. I watched 2 experienced pilots nose 2 brand new mustangs right into the ground right off the launch, because they didn't double check. There's a bulletin about this from Parkzone
