3D Printer Plans from 3d Lab Print

y uncle Nigel and I bought a 3D model from 3DLabPrint( Link removed because of posting quota bull$#!7.)
Anyways, they havn't merged all pieces of the model leaving some gaps in the model regardless of scaling(which they advise you not to do) Problem is, we want to fit it in the back of a sedan and 1.2 meters is too large.

Am I gonna have to learn cad fully to fix this $#!7?(which I WILL DO IF REQUIRED) Should I ask them to fix their model? Or should I just ask for my money back? Can't help but feel they did this deliberately to screw anyone who scales the model, not something they advised me of before purchase.

The rib bones aren't connected to the skeleton bones.......

I have sent them an email RE scaling but its been like 14 hours since then its 11:51pm now, I think they are not going to respond, maybe my anti privacy disclaimer scared them away?

You can also follow this here -> Link removed because of posting quota bull$#!7.

I mean I think it cost us 50$ And I could get scratch build plans and put images of those through CAD instead?
