Default Setting up dual channel throttles

I have an Amati AM1608 Riva with dual brushless and dual ESC. I am trying to program 2 throttle curves into my Flysky FS-I6.

I am trying to setup a gentler curve on both motors.
The throttle covers CH3, and want to match curve for CH2.

Boat is also setup with dual 30C 5S 18.v batteries. I had a Wtail mixer in for the engines, but removed as it was too sluggish.

Goal is to have dual throttle and sep rudder .
Any guidance would be appreciated!
