Default NEED HELP!!! Custom monohull build

Hi everyone! This is my first time venturing into rc boats so forgive me for my ignorance. I made a fiberglass monohull semi V boat that is super strong and now I need advice on how to set it up. I want to go electric and that's where my knowledge ends. Ive been reading on the forums and gaining some knowledge but not much. I have checked out different outboards and most say that the flex shafts are an issue with them. I am open to any options so let me know what you think!
The hull is 20" from bow to stern and heavier than your average hull due to the fiberglass and stringers.
I have thought about cutting the stringers down and adding more glass to the bottom but I want to see if I don't need to do that first.
Thanks for all the help!

Hi! Are you set on an outboard? Or would you consider an inboard? Most of the electric boat guys hang out here --> http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/forum.php

Outboards were just what I was thinking at first so I didn't have to cut the boat up lol. Ive been looking more into inboards and I would have to do some cutting but that wouldn't be a bad option. I'm waiting for my approval to get on that forum as i type this so hopefully i can post on there this afternoon!
