Default Electric starter

Hi guys/gals
I am new here but have been building R/c boats for about 40 years. Dont have any at the moment as I keep selling or giving them away. Besides I just like building them.
This new project is a twin engine Riva Aquarama Special about 1/4 scale.

I have 2 GP026 Large Scale RC Gas / Petrol Powered 26cc 2 Stroke Boat Engines for this but would like to fit an electric starter to them both. I have found some on ebay but at $200 each I think they are just a little too much.

Anyone got any ideas.

Thanks Merv

That's what you'll pay for them and they're not that good.

Another question. The GP026 engine. Can I just rotate the cylinder 180 Deg so that I can have then Carb to Carb or am I stuck with the std configuration.

Thanks
Merv

Don't waste your money on the onboard electric starters. Zenoah Easy-Starts make it easy to pull the engines over, about $30.00 each depending on where you get them. Don't buy the cheap wannabe's as they literally will fall apart on you in no time.
