I purchased this trailer about 2 months ago for my Proboat Impluse 31 V2:


This is how it arrived so I have some work to do in order to get it useable. Here is my progress:

Yesterday I felted the rails with some hobby lobby felt and completed the wheels and tires. I blacked them out to match the boat:

I had to file down the current hitch to replace it:

I haven't decided if I am going to do an eye hook or a receiver style so here is the threaded pipe soldered in place

I decided to go with the eye hook since the coupler was going to be too much of a pain. I can very easily always go to coupler if the eye hook doesn't work out:

I drilled a very simple ball receiver into the back bumper of my truck:


Final product sans boat, I'll use it all this weekend and get a video with my gopro:
