Probably the best gas boat forum you can find these days.

IW is 99.9% nitro oriented. Ive been a member there like 8 years now... not very gas friendly there

I use to be big into boats a few years back and it seemed thats all i saw over there were gas boats.

IW has always been mainly nitro. They give the electric guys their own section, but gas still has no home of their own there. Very few gas guys hang out there since there is jrcbd and mgb.

Looks like the gas thing is getting out of way, brushless has stepped in. I was racing 1/8 scale nitro offroad for a while, then tried out an brushless buggy, liked it much better than nitro.

I love nitro, sold my 3 electric cars. The run time would be a big down side on a large scale boat.

jrcbd.com is the only one you need for gas boats.

maybe for sportsters. In the racing world of boats... Gas is pretty much dominating with more turnouts then most nitro & electric classes combined.
