Default Where to buy boat supplies? looking to buy a boat for the summer

OK I have all electric stuff.
What i would like to do is take my 1/8 buggy equipment and put it in a boat for when I go to the lake.

I have the Castle Creations Mamba Monster speed control with the matching 2200kv motor This motor is comparable to a NEU 1515 1Y F

I run this with a 4s 5000mah lipo

14.8v x 2200kv = 32560 motor rpm

What is something fast and fun that can take a bit of chop if the lake is not perfect.

Your going to need a really large hull to accommodate those electronics. Your best bet would be to get this boat:

It is fully ready to run and the battery you already have will work in the boat. The reason why I recommend this boat is because in order to get a hull that would use the electronics you already have and plus to put a drive system on that boat will cost you close to $500, plus then you have to build it. The Aquacraft is fully brushless out of the box. Plus if you get the aquacraft then you don't have to worry about pulling the electronics out of your 1/8 which will be a pain in the ass every time you want to go to the lake and then want to go racing. Any other questions plaese just ask.

Well the best part about the Aquacraft RTR is that all you need to do is drop in your battery (4s i presume) and you are already doing close to 40 MPH. Not bad for under $300 IMO.

Tdeal the setup you have is good for a 4S mono or sport hydro.

The Mamba esc is very vulnerable to water and a CC Hydra would be a better bet - the 120 will do you.

Avoid the rtrs and get a 29" hull with hardware and fittings - easier handling more speed and lots of fun

Fastelectrics do race ready electrics and know how to get the best from Neu, Castle and Thunderpower setups.
