Prop help!!
 

Hi, I have an old super hawaii by ABC hobby and the prob is alittle chipped and I'd like to replace it. Problem is I can't figure out how to take it off. Doesn't look like there is a nut at the end, just a cylinder with some kind of cuff over it with 2 small indentations that are not screws. I'm new so I can't upload pics. Any suggestions?

please let me know how to take this off and what would be a good replacement. Thank you!!
