Beautifull boat.
What ESC and Motor you have in this?

I have one old TFL Pursuit, the first one 820mm this is 12-13years old now
I did buy the Hull only
And custom build it with huge Leopard 42size Brushless 6s Motor
And 200a 6s Turnigy sea ESC
Everything Watercooled
15kg servo
And beefy custom flexible propeller shaft that handle up to 8s
Special Propeller

It does about 70-75mph topspeed. runs cool
Very well balanced also, smal waves no issue fullspeed, and fast turns.
Im very happy with this

Atleast 12years old, and still running strong

I also have one 8s Brushless Boat, 1200mm and one Huge big Gas boat 1400mm + with big gas tuned motor , tuned pipe and special tuned propeller. Nice sound and ok performance too

Boats are fun, sad i live in wrong place, summer only 4-5 month , then freezing cold winter, lakes frozen to ice

I bought this as a ARTR boat! Minus the receiver, servo, remote!

I got just a basic system... an Hw120a esc + a SSS 3660 2075kv motor! I will upgraded soon...and so far the only mod i did to it was puting a 4.75mm flexcable, instead of the 2 piece shaft system they come stock! I hate that for maintenance...so a flexshaft only for me is the way to go!
This is the video i made when change it:
https://youtu.be/GLLlKfM3iDI
TFL 1126 Outerlimits FLEXSHAFT 4.75mm install & removing the 2 piece stock shaft system

I live on the right place for rc boats... specially on winter! No ice and plenty of cold water to run eletronics to full, when it's not raining cause of the radio!! Which i have videos on the rain to! lol

On Summer all places with water are crowded with people...but at 8:00am in the morning no one is around so rc boating for me!

Here is another video of this rc boat! (Driven by my son on that video!)

that place is very nice and special you drive at, a rc boat dream place.

I saw you use CNHL Lipos, so do i, love them.
Best lipos these money can buy 100%

I have many 3s 4s and 6s packs of these. Never any issue.
Alot Power also.

SSS does many nice motors to RC Boats, so do TP Power and Leopard also.
tppowereurope.com
Aliexpress have cheap SSS and Leopard.

Aliexpress got also cheap Fly Color boat ESC 150a 6s , they sell programcard also to this esc there.
You can have this ESC safe in boats up to 120cm . This is Rebrand of older Hobbywing/Turnigy Marine ESC, very good ESC. Less than 75euros with tax and shipping to EU

In future if you want bigger 8s boat, then the Blackjack 42" 8S Brushless Catamaran RTR
is awsome.
This Black jack needs this mod kit , it is cheap
https://rcboatbitz.com/product/black...ability-speed/

boat is from Pro Boat. Black Jack 42, in white or black
729,99 €
https://www.horizonhobby.de/de_DE/pr...RB08043T1.html

it is a huge Beast with that hop up kit, bigger propeller and other stuff, it will be also super stable with those trim tabs in that hop up kit in very high speeds.

All info that already i know, but thanks, could help somebody else! I had a Flycolor 150a on my SW36 but blew up at +93kmh with a SSS 4074 2200kv with a Prather prop!
I have TPPower motors as well...also one blew up on that same SW36...a 1950kv 4050 size can!

That prop from RcBoatbiz i have 2 of them and loved them till they get scratch and useless! They moved and stay cool on eletrics!

The CNHL lipos or any other on boats or even cars, right now i isolate them the most i can...with silicone and liquid tape and marine tape where water can get, cause on boats...you will know after months pass by that lipos are going to say bye! :P

I am eyeballing that BlackJack 42" since it came...but not yet...also i like more V-Hulls. They tend to stay in water! Cat's they flip a lot...i have a bad example of a cat but can't beat the non flip of a V-hull for my driving!

Here is more photos of this TFL!

So beatifull place . Red boat is great, high visibility. I avoid black boats. My TFL Pursuit is yellow, this is also great color. easy to see

Yeah, to avoid this Black Jack flip, and make it very stable you need that hop up kit with those Trim Tabs, after this it will not flip.

When using alot power, you should always move the lipos up to front in most cases, like start with 15mm up to 40mm depenting how large the boat is, and how much extra power you have after tuning.

Marine Silicone is great use in lipos and other stuff to seal from water.
Hockey tape Clear is great use at the hull to avoid water leaks, easy on and off, cheap also.
You can find it cheap at sport stores, same thing the hobby sells to RC Boats, but 5x off the price

Catamarines must be minium 1000mm long, anything smaller then V hull is always better.

I think that TFL makes one of the best hulls if you have a boat less than 1000mm.
They are very stable. Thick fiberglass.

Worst most unstable boat i ever owned was the Traxxas Spartan 6s. The hull was plastic, and 3-4x lighter in weight than my TFL pursuit, both about same size.

My TFL pursuit is a beast with 200a ESC and leopard 4282 motor on 6s and custom prop. . 10years plus now, no issue ever, runs cool also.

If i did live in a climate like you do, be able run year round, then i would buy the
Delta Force Annihilator 53: Bare Hull (53" 1346mm) and build it 12s with 56 size motor, 500amp Opto ESC.
My dream boat,
problem is the frozen lakes 4-5 months every year here

Cool, how many boats you have ?

Pursuit Carbon, wow, that one is special. Make that one fast, big esc, big lipos, big 40-42 size motor !!! Nice projekt there. This hull is Awsome, one of the best 6s hulls, and worth put some money in..

Those Popeye are very cool. 6s and custom prop, and setting it right, balance the lipos at right place and so on, and you will have a very fun boat.

RC Boats is super fun. More people should try this awsome part of the RC Hobby
If you like drive RC Cars, you will love drive RC Boats too for shure.
It is Super-nice

Yeh, it is sad with todays Forums.

Everyone is at Facebook groups i have hear.
I dont have Facebook.
I did check out Facebook RC groups from my friends computer with his account.
I dont like FB at all.

I like these oldschool forums.
Thease are much more easy to handle.
Security also: If you own alot Hobby related expensive stuff:

Normal forums: You can have many RC Cars, RC-boats without show your real name so they can find your house easy.,
This to avoid Thieves visit at your home and steal everything. ( i like use anonymous nickname because the risk of Thieves watching you at internet )
