Default Water jacket O-rings

(DISCLOSURE NEW TO BOATS) Just bought my son a miss geico from a buddy of mine, and the boat has an electrifly Ammo motor (36-56-2600kv) motor. It has an Aquacraft one piece machine water jacket on it. First run blowing water into the hull, pulled the motor and the o-ring was sticking out of jacket. So now after looking i cant find replacement o-rings for it. So just looking for some help or the size of o-ring i need, or can these be siliconed onto the motor. Aslo please let me know about this setup in the boat good, bad?
any help would be appreciated.

thanks

It could be that it is the wrong jacket for that motor, here is a place to look.
