Tighter fitting 5mm bullets?

I have a Lipo battery with 5mm sockets and the included 5mm bullets are on the loose side. Any way to tighten them up or anyone know of some 5mm bullets that fit tighter?

Best regards,
Brian

A good bullet will have an "X" in each end so all you have to do is take a Exacto and insert it in the slot and spread them apart a little bit. Squirrel cage ones are junk!

I know some people don't like the bird cage style bullets, but I've never had an issue with them in 2wd & 4wd mod buggy. The ones I use are the Reedy Low Profile. If you insist on the non cage style then check out the SMC adjustable bullets.

If my bullets start to get loose I'll stab a toothpick down the center and cut them off with flush cutters.

I usually push a small phillips driver into the bottom to open them up.

MACLAN MAX CURRENT 5MM GOLD BULLET CONNECTORS

Maclan Racing ACCESSORIES

Work well for my packs.

strip a 1/4" or so length of insulation off 1 conductor of an old servo wire, insert it in the center of the 4 parts of the connector
