Lets talk packs, RC King and Fantom
 

Race oval here, and class we run is RC King or Fantom packs, 5200 in either, RC King is a 30c and Fantom is a 50c. We ran RC Kings until the quality between packs was all over the place. From one year to the next the packs lost 3/4 or more oz in weight and the cells were loose inside the packs etc.... We switched to the fantoms and have ran them a few races now, lots of cycling. Here is what I found, tell me if it makes sense.

The RC Kings have a lower IR all the way around over the Fantoms. If you cycle the Fantom at 30 out, 25 in and then 30 out again for 4 mins, 5 mins, etc.... it discharges the same amount as the RC King, but the rc kings IR is much lower without being cycled at all, and without being charged over 10 amps. Shouldn't the Fantom put out more MAH in the 4min and 5 min draw downs?
