I made a few 4mm bushes in a piece of PCB and clamped to the outlets of the power supply.

Not sure if you'll be able to find one but I have this hard wired and mounted to my PS. The ability to turn individual channels on and off is nice..

SkyRC and HobbyKing have one for cheap, like $15 - $20.

Muchmore has a nice one too, it's tiny! I think it's about $40 at RcMart.
