Help Rx-482 can't get led or bind

Help please I have a rx-482 Sanwa receiver and I switch my speed control on and there is no led light and I just don't know what to do. Everything looks connected right and there just does not allow me to connect. I hold the bind button and switch on the esc and nothing. The esc is definitely on as the fan comes on. I also have a rc-481 receiver and that is the same :(

It may sound stupid. But I do it all the time. Flip the plug that goes into the reciever, it's possible that it's plugged in backwards.

So you hold the bind button down while you switch on the ESC (which ESC is it?) and then press BIND on the transmitter and nothing happens? The LED should flash rapidly then go out. Release all the buttons and it should have bound and the LED will stay on. Ive never had a Sanwa radio fail to bind to any Sanwa receiver.

So it is either your technique at trying to bind the tx and rx or the ESC BEC is faulty. You can check the esc output by measuring the voltage across the esc receiver connector +\- and you should have around 6v.

Check nothing is plugged into the RX battery port? (like a transponder).
1 of my RX-471 wouldn't light up then I found I had the transponder in the Battery port
