Servo programming

Anyone have any experience in programming digital servos? More specifically steering servos for Nitro buggy? I've been told that for us old guys slowing down the steering servo a bit may be beneficial. Would like some feedback before dropping $70 on a programmer.

you can adjust the servo speed with most radio's. There is no need for a special programmer.

You can adjust speed? Or the exponential? I know my 4pk can adjust the expo which adjusts servo response, but its not linear its on a curve. Slowing down the servo through programming would make it linear across the entire input range.

I have a 3PK and I can turn the servo speed down for forward and return. Not the ATL.

If the 3pk will then surely the 4pk will too. I'll check in the manual.

4PLS does it too, so you should be good. I even set mine to a dial to make it easier to fine tune.

Just checked the manual and it in fact does that. Saves me some $$$. Thanks

Be aware that many digital lservo's have no option to be programmed by a programmer....

I recommend to buy high quality servos.

Servos

Hi, Who Can Tell wich servos are more strong The standar servos or Low Profile? Thanks

Standard servos are stronger than low profile within the same quality group as they have place for bigger motors, electronics and heatsinks.
