suggestions on what to do.

I've had my stuff glitch out because the speed control plug was coming out of the receiver.

Is your ESC mounted directly to your chassis? If so, you might consider using that Kyosho Gel for cusion, or even better, build a tray to keep your ESC off the chassis and attach it to the tray with the Kyosho Gel.
