Fan direction on esc?

On the tekin rx8 gen2 is the fan installed with the picture side up or down?

Fan must blow onto the esc

There's usually an arrow or something.... point that toward the esc...

Hanulec is correct, the label will facedown towards the heatsink. The fan should blow air ONTO the ESC.
