Iv got a couple of 92524 receivers and was wondering if they will work with a m12?

As long as you mean the original m12 and not the m12s then yes the fh2 receivers should work on it just fine.

Only ESC's have a BEC internally as far as I'm aware. You can get an external BEC if the one in your ESC is too weak.
