Upgrading from MT4S

Hi everyone,
I need some input. I'm currently using the MT4S but I'm not a big fan of it in terms of ergonomics. I'm not a big fan of the grip and I'd love to have a drop-down (I know there's an aftermarket) so I've decided to upgrade to something new. This will be used for a Kyosho MP9e and Kyosho ZX6.6.

I've looked at the following:
  • Sanwa M12(s)
  • Futaba 4PX
  • KO PROPO EX-1 v3
  • KO PROPO EX-RR

The only one i was able to see/grab in the real world is the M12 and I have to say it kind of felt "cheap" for a $500+ transmitter.

thanks for the help!

MT-44 is pretty light, similar to MT-4S

KO radios feel top-heavy ... not very well balanced IMO.
4PX is nice but I think is actually more plasticky feeling than the M12
Ergo for M12 vs 4PX is different - I just would pick between these 2 what feels best in your hands.

If you think the m12 feels cheap, wait till you hold the futaba. It's a nice radio and feels well balanced but it feels no better than a traxxas tqi
