Mod Motor differences
 

New to mod. Coming from stock and having a ton of motors always seeking faster ones, don't know what to look for in mod. Seems pretty simple, more power get a lower turn motor. What else does one look for in a mod motor and any justification for paying $40 more for one brand vs another? Currently have an Orion vst2 7.5t in my stock buggy. Runs great. Not particularly lacking anywhere on the track. What makes some mod motors superior to others? Thx

Maybe better quality or better materials, I don't know. I run the €30,- Speed Passion v3 motors in my 2wd and a €80,- Yokomo motor in my 4wd. I'm happy with both of them.
