High power servo glitching the reciever

I've built a TLR 22t and installed a 13kg sct servo in it. Everytime I turn the steering the spektrum reciever blinks and goes out causing the servo to die. I tried a cheapy Towerpro 10kg and it had the same result. Yet a 5kg Hitec was fine.

Do I need a glitch buster attachment on the reciever? Do the rrcievers just lack the power? (older dsm recievers, tried 2 with the same result)

I think you definitely need either a glitch buster or an external BEC. Spektrum is notorious for issues with high voltage servos

Yeah I figured it wasa power issue. Dam spektrum..
