Evo p1/p2 servos
Just got my 2 evo p2 servos in. 50 each. I'll update how they work out. Will be running them at 7.4v. anyone running them?
|
I have the p2 in my stadium truck. I didn't intend to buy the servo it just came with the truck. I've got to say. Holy crap it's fast. Fastest servo I've ever owned. Seems to take quite the beating too. No stripped gears yet and that's saying something since I'm not that great with st and crash quite often. Mostly cause I'm not used to mod and they only run mod st class at my track.
I'd definitely buy it again. |
What are these servos? Can't imagine the specs are true for a $55 servo?

I also found out that hobby King now sells them (rebranded) in a pretty cool red color. After bad experiences with trackstar I've been going name brand but I would actually buy the hobbyking rebranded ones since they seem to be the same just different color. Either way they are pretty great and not too good to be true. |
Who sells them? Cheers

Just as a follow up, I am running two in 1/8 Buggy (MBX7R) and sofar these have held up very well. Not a fan of their noise, but thats a small nuisance to live with.

I run my Xray XB8E 1:8 buggy with P2.. just ordered two for XB8 nitro buggy as well :) Fast and strong, noisy but damn 1:8 is noisy anyway :)
