Charger Suggestions

I need suggestions on a new single or duo charger with balancer around the $75-125 range, either AC/DC or charger and power supply. It will be used for 2s Lipos 4000-5500 mah. I want one that will charge fairly fast. So many out there, but want the perfect one of course.
Thanks!

Turnigy Reaktor 300w 20 amp AC/DC. Basically an iCharger 206b with built-in power supply. Right at the top of your budget.

Little more then you want to spend but an excellent charger. Reedy 1216-C2 Dual Output Balancing Charger about $170. have had mine for over a year and it has worked great.

The same company that makes the Reedy sells their own version of it for around $100 shipped on Amazon. Specs are the same. Reedy looks a little nicer. Warranty on the "generic" is actually longer.

Not sure how it compares to the other mentioned, but the Venom Pro Duo is like 100 bucks, has balance, discharge, storage, and a fast charge mode.

The Hitec X1 Pro - ePowerBox Power Supply Combo is an alright system; for $100.00.

What ive been using myself. Love this thing :) The 1st gen did have some issues with the fans and the buttons, but i made a case to venom and they promptly replaced mine for free. Much better quality :) Charging two batteries at once is mazing

HK Reaktor 250(a real 10 amp system,) and a Hewlett Packard 750/900 power supply. Charger $50, cheaper if caught on sale, and $40 for a modified HP power supply off ebay. That power supply can handle three of those chargers.

I actually really like this charger. I use it alongside my Reedy and my reason for liking it is kind of dumb. I love that it has a power supply on/off switch. I get annoyed unplugging and plugging in my Reedy on my workbench.

Does it measure IR for LiPos? If so, does it measure for the pack or per cell? I was looking at the manual and it doesn't say anything about IR, specifically, but there's a line for it on all of the readouts... but for LiPo's it's always blank. Assuming it does measure IR, does it only measure it when charging, or can it perform a specific IR check?

Thanks for all the suggestions.
I went with the Ultra Power up120ac duo. It's supposed to be the generic of the Reedy 1216c2. I have not yet used the fast charge or a full charge, only a partial charge on one battery so far. It worked perfectly fine. The 2 LCD screens were easy to read everything, and it was easy to use. It also does LIHV. I saw it on Amazon for $107, and then price dropped to $99.99, so I bought it. My other choices in that price range were the Hitec X2, and the Dynamite Passport. Both of those were highly touted on the RC Driver website article. The Ultra Power is more powerful , does LIHV, and the leads that came with it were already set up for what I needed. When I do a full charge, I will update on its performance. For my needs it seemed the most practical.
