Lipo Storage question

Hello everyone, I have a question about lipo storage.
I race once a month (30 or so days) and I need to put my batteries in storage mode. The batteries are SMC 4400 shorty
And the charger is a traxxas ez peek plus. When I put the batteries in storage mode it charges them to 30%-39% which is about 3.81-3.82 volts per cell. Is that ok? I know the battery storage should be around 50%. and does the charger go off voltage or mAh? Thanks.

3.8-3.85 per cell is perfect for storage mode.

Is the 30%-39% ok? Or does it need to be at 50%? Or is it fine as long as it is 3.8 volts per cell

Ive never looked at % of capacity...just go off voltage.

Great, that's within the safety window. Now if you were to venture into say the 3.87v range..Oh boy, bad things might happen. Smoke then fire..LOTS of fire! puppies and kittens might DIE:eek: you and your family end up homeless, wife divorces you because your toy car battery burned down her house..Ya, better stay at 3.86

Really guy, stop eating paint chips, they're not good for you:nod:
