On/Off problem

Hi guys been this my 1st post please be kind
I bought the kids the Helion dominus poverty pack to see if they like it and guess what they love it. It seems to have a intermittent problem witht the on off switch not working it is running a 2c lipo and the low voltage is on. Could there be an issue with the ESC and or the on off switch? I am going to take it back to shop but was wondering if anyone had come across this before.
Cheers Robert.

Esc switches are known to have some issues, especially once theyve gone off road and get a little dirt in them.... If its a 2 wire switch, cut the switch off and install new, or like many do just solder the wires together... Thats how i run any Tekin products we use.

Try cleaning with contact cleaner, Disconnect Batt, soak it with contact cleaner and actuate switch on and off, contact cleaner dries quickly. after a minute connect batt. see what you have in results. Contact cleaner come in a spray, or brushed motor contact cleaner. I've had a can for Checkpoint Motor Spray 22yrs, and use it from time to time.
